The Booking Process

Inquire
To start the booking process for an event, first choose the package you wish to book and click on Inquire Now.

Approval
All inquires are subject to approval depending on availability for the date/event you are inquiring about.
03.
Confirm
When your inquiry is approved, you will receive a confirmation email to proceed with the booking. Your booking is not secure until you complete this step. This includes retainer and documents.
04.
Balance
Any remaining balance will be emailed to you as an invoice and is due any time prior to the day of the event. Sit back, relax, enjoy the game.

Sports Coverage
Pregame

The Pregame package is the smallest package currently offered for events. This package is great for those on a tight budget or first time clients. This package includes:
- 10 full-resolution, print ready downloads
- Limit 1 athlete
Game Request
$75
+tax
The Game Request package is great for new or returning clients. Get a little more than the Pregame package and a little more bang for your buck. This package includes:
- 20 full-resolution, print ready downloads
- Limit 1 athlete
Game Day

One our most popular packages, the Game Day package is great for returning clients or those who take their sports a little more seriously. This package includes:
- 40 full-resolution, print ready downloads
- Limit 1 athlete
All Star
$200

The All Star package is the largest package currently offered for coverage of a single event. This package is great for standout athletes or two teammates who would like coverage. With this package, is there anybody else on the field? This package includes:
- 60 full-resolution, print ready downloads
- Limit 1-2 athletes
Season Pass
The Season Pass is the ultimate Sports Package. This package covers all regular season games based on the original posted schedule. This includes a hefty amount of downloads and the price varies by sport given and the options you would like to have. This package is great for Seniors, Buddies, or All Star athletes. Limited spots and this package needs to be booked prior or start of the season.

FAQ
Do you travel for games?
Yes! I travel for games but anything thirty miles or more from Chilhowie, VA is subject to a travel fee.
I booked multiple packages, will all my photos be in the same gallery?
YES! All sports packages booked for the same sport during the same season will be in ONE gallery. Photos will be in broken down by game for easy viewing and sharing.
I booked multiple packages, are my downloads restricted to each game?
No, if you book multiple packages, your download limit in your gallery will be updated accordingly. You can use them how you please in your gallery.
Example: If you booked two Game Requests for two games during the same season, you can download 30 photos from Game A and 10 from Game B. Totally up to you.
What happens if my game is rescheduled?
Weather is unpredictable and routinely causes chaos for certain sporting events. If your event is postponed until a later date, I will try my best to accommodate the new date if I'm available. If I'm not available, I will cover another event on your schedule.
How long does it take to get our photos?
Final delivery will vary depending on the season. For complete galleries, 1-3 weeks but I will have you a preview up within 48 hours of your event.
Do you offer albums or prints?
Prints and physical products are available within your gallery for ordering. Albums are also available and you can customize them right in your browser!
