Do you photograph the whole game?

Yes

Do you travel for games?

Yes! I travel for games. Anything greater than 30 miles from Chilhowie, VA is subject to a travel fee.

How fast is delivery?

Delivery depends on season and which coverage you book. I usually try to have events up within 1-2 weeks. Elite bookings get a 48hr delivery for client photos.

When is the remaining balance due?

Any remaining balance is due by the day of the event. Either pay online or in person using a card.

Can I book multiple games?

Yes, you can book as many games as you want. Athlete Coverage is per event. I would suggest a season pass if you want multiple game coverage.

I booked multiple packages, will all my photos be in the same gallery?

YES! All athlete bookings for the same sport during the same season will be in ONE gallery. Photos will be in broken down by game for easy viewing and sharing.

I booked multiple packages, are my downloads restricted to each game?

No, if you book multiple packages, your download limit in your gallery will be updated accordingly. You can use them how you please in your gallery.


Example: If you booked two Game Requests for two games during the same season, you can download 30 photos from Game A and 10 from Game B. Totally up to you.

What happens if my game is rescheduled?

Weather is unpredictable and routinely causes chaos for certain sporting events. If your event is postponed or canceled, we will agree on mutual date for another game if available.

How long does it take to get our photos?

Final delivery will vary depending on the season. For complete galleries, 1-3 weeks. All Star received priority editing and 48hr gallery delivery for clients.

Do you offer albums or prints?

Prints and physical products are available within your gallery for ordering. Albums are also available and you can customize them right in your browser!

I did not book prior to event, can I still book?

Yes, with a Post Game option. This does not guarantee coverage or focus on your athlete though. This is subject to what photos from the game are available in the public gallery.

Do I have to buy photos?

No.

Post Game

 

Miss out on booking coverage for your event? Is there a lot of photos from the event of your athlete(s) from seasons past? The Post Game option is an option for those who did not know I was going to be at an event but would have loved a package. This option uses the packages below but adds an additional fee on top of the final price.


How does it work?


  1. Client creates a favorite list from a single game in the public gallery.
  2. Client fills out form below with appropriate info and submits it for photographer review. Client will receive invoice for selected package with a $25 fee to package total.  (Ex. Pro $125 + $20 = $145)
  3. After review of photos and payment of invoice, photos are put in a new or existing private gallery.
  4. Client receives email with gallery link, password, and download pin.
  5. Enjoy your photos.


Client is responsible for creating a favorites list in the public gallery of their athlete and the list must be for that one game. No mix and matching. Once done, notify me and I will verify photos are from the same event before creating a password protected gallery for you. This will include the X number of downloads in selected package and discounted pricing list for ordering additional downloads/prints.
